Dr. Ochanomizu, a recurring character in many of Osamu Tezuka's manga, including Astro Boy, can be seen "lecturing" at Narita International Airport, outside of Tokyo, on HIV and safe sex. Dr. Ochanomizu was most famously seen as the mentor to Astro Boy and the creator of Astro's sister and parents.
