First appeared on episode 1 of the anime (11:54), as well as Vol. 1 chapter 4 page 6 of the manga. Hates being beaten in a game and goes on a raging meltdown when Yaguchi Haruo defeated him at Street Fighter II while Haruo palying as Guile.
